IIA was established ln 1991 (H-3) by three bodies of Ichihara International Friendship Association, Ichihara Papakura Association and Ichihara Japan-China Friendship Promote Association. It was the center of Promotion of International mutual understanding and friendship among the people. Ｙears later private member-ship people were invited to join, friend- ship and the International voluntary activities.

IIA organizes world-wide events annually by volunteers supported by city organization and all other supporting members for the IIA.
